Working early sux just as much as working late.

That reminds me of what my Dad always said:
If work was fun....no one would have to pay you to show up!

What work hours do you have now as opposed to what you WERE working?

Now I work the same hours, essentially come in when I wake up and leave when I can't take it anymore. The only difference now is that I no longer get paid for the overtime I do. I've said it before, job is great, pay really sux.

I would think the stress of not having adeqate finances would offset the joy of the actual job.

The only time we had quite a bit of money is when I was working 65-70 hours a week. Ofcourse, then my children almost had to wear name tags so I could remember who they were.

It's a hard juggle of choices.

Well I'm learning a lot, gaining a tremendous amount of invaluable experience that some employer will appreciate and compensate fairly for. If it's this employer, great, if not, great.
