Michael Jackson
Anyone catch the Michael Jackson court transcripts last night on ABC?
Prior to watching the program I was not convinced he was guilty, now I am 110% sure he did it after hearing the statements.
Did you guys see it? What do you think?

no i didn't see it. i always believed that he was guilty. any man who sleeps in the same bed with boys (that aren't his own kids) and thinks nothing wrong with it is doing something he shouldn't be doing. MHO

It was a great program basically some flight attendants admitted that MJ had them fill coke cans up with wine or vodka and give them to the children!!
Other children came foward stating that MJ showed them pornography.
The 14 year old that is accusing MJ of Melestation was 11 years old recovering from Cancer, MJ was giving him vodka while going thru Kemo therapy.
I hope MJ doesnt get away with this AGAIN! it is truly sad to see an EXTREAMLY talented artist and role model exploit children. but for somereason I think he will get away with it :?

with all that testimoni and witnesses, he shouldn't get away with any of it. He should be spending the rest of his life in prison for this! He's a child molester.
It is very sad that someone as talented as he is was taking advantage of his little fans like he did. His neverland was a lure and it worked for years. I do like his music and probably always will but i don't support him and won't support him....he's a child molester.
I have to wonder what his family think of all this. especially after hearing the witnesses. I would be disgusted if that were my brother and probably would never speak to him again and my support system for him would be nil.

The part the sickens me the most is that he claims Neverland was a place for kids with cancer and other diseases to escape the pain, and he took advantage of VERY VERY ILL little one's who have already been thru enough, there dream was to see MJ and he exploited them and I hope he rots in hell.
At the same time I do LOVE his music, but I think that made was prior to his child melester years....

You know the worst part? He owns all the rights to the Beatles songs - just kidding. I don't think life in prison is harsh enough. Bring on the death penalty.

Well, they say that child molesters or "low man on the totem pole" in prison. One can only hope that he's not able to use his "status" to get preferential treatment. I'd like to see him end up in a maximum security prison in the general population. But that may not even matter - with his "health condition" he may not be able to survive the harsh conditions of prison - even with his influence.

I didn't see the report but I was always leaning towards his innocence. Mostly b/c of the 1st case- If I had kids - there isn't enough $ in this world to get me to keep quiet if someone hurt them. I just thought it was odd that they would take the $ and fade quietly away....
What would be sad is if the 1st fam took advantage of something they saw being done and just tried to profit from it- thereby making him appear more innocent in the future when he was guilty all along.
It's so hard for a famous person to get a fair trial though- why didn't those flight attendants come forward before- or I dunno - REFUSE to serve alcohol to a minor?! Can't tell me they feared for their jobs- that's one hell of a wrongful dismissal lawsuit.
I dunno- just seems fishy to me

I used to Love MJ before I watched the program I to wanted to believe his innocence.
I have my son in a court dispute right now ( due to Med Malpractice) and I will most likley settle out of court and do it soon to get this nightmear behind us, maby these people felt the same way... or maby they we're just looking for a buck. people are morons.
Greg thinks that the parents should be held accountable for letting there son who had just been hospitialized stay at MJ's house ALONE after rumor of the 1st case.... I thought that was a very valid point as well. My kid wouldn't stay at ANYONES house ALONE or GO on VACATIONS with them unless it was faimly.

I think the first family settled out of court to ease the pain of their son. I probably would've done the same thing instead of putting my son through a painful trial.
Michael Jackson's been molestiong kids for years and been getting away with it. These flight attendants might of been threatened my MJ before and their jobs might of been in jeopordy if they did talk back then. But, now what do they have to lose? MJ won't be going anywhere on a plane anytime soon so they probably found new jobs so they decided to talk. Power is a very strong thing and MJ had lots of power.
I agree that the parents should be accountable up to some point for allowing thier children to go there. I would not in a million years have sent my kids to spend time with MJ after the first kid accused him of molestation. It's just common sense. They should've protected their very sick children.
There is absolutely NO doubt in my mind that he is 100% guilty of these crimes. Too many different people have come forward for it to be a conspiracy. The proof is in the pudding....he's guilty as sin.

I just can't believe there are that many self centered people willing to put kids at risk for their own gain If it was my kid- I'd want him to rot in jail or get the help he needs- I'd nev be willing to take the chance of him hurting another child ever again. and to think the flight crew turned a blind eye makes me ill.
what about the statements from Maculy Culkin (sp?) and others that he didn't do anything wrong?

i don't think mj would of hurt macauly culkin because he was in the public eye, famous actor. It would've been discovered immediately so why risk it. besides, he wasn't deathly ill on kemo or whatever else. MJ seems to pray on the sick kids....kids are defensless to begin with so he liked them to be super defensless.

Depending on the laws of the state the parents may not get a dime in my son's case everything he gets from the surgen will be set aside for him when he is 21 years old, I get nothing and I shouldn't, he suffered.
This might also be the case in California and I really hope it is, if this child WAS indeed molested and gains any finances from it, HE should get the money when he is of age NOT THE PARENTS. but that's just IMO
