Golden Retrievers or Labs because their beautiful, intelligent and loyal. IMHO, no other breed of dog measures up.

I would enter my ugly a$$ed, yet unique looking, white boxer with the two different colored eyes....just to confuse the judges.
Ofcourse, instead of sitting there nicely like the OTHER dogs, he would be running around jumping on everyone...acting like the TARD that he is!!! We still love him though. MOST of the time.

White boxers aren't accepted by the kennel association as a 'show dog'. They are considered muted and retarded. Usually deaf, sometimes blind eventually. They realized they are not albinos ....so they don't kill the white puppies anymore....but they are still more difficult to find. There is a white boxer forum on the net....all their dogs look as ridiculous as ours does.
What kind of dog would YOU want Luba??

I'm a Golden Retriever fan, I believe that they're the most lovable breed.
However my weak spot are King Charles (or chevaiers). they're small, they have long hair, but they are so sensitive and caring, they're trully amazing. they know when to come close, when to curl up, when to crawl into your bed. One should be ver careful around them, it's extremely easy to make them substitutes of children.

I wish I had a long haired little dog to curl up with. Cracker (our dog's name) is too big and sheds like crazy. I don't let him on my bed or on the furniture.....and it breaks his heart.

Maybe get him some pajamas and he would love you forever once he's on the bed or the furniture...isn't it the "in" thing to dress up cats and dogs in outfits?

I think he would chew any clothes off. He's just not a fru-fru kind of dog. When he was a puppy, as FUGLY as he was, I let him sleep on my bed then. He doesn't understand that he's now a big boy (almost two) and can sleep in his OWN bed.

Is his bed close to where you or your children sleep; if he's in a room by himself, perhaps he's afraid of the dark...I've heard that can happen...

Our house is never dark. Everyone sleeps with their tv's on!! He ends up migrating around the house by whoever's bed he feels like laying by. It depends on where the cat is at.
I have a puppy pic of him....you'll laugh. It may be too big to post on here...I'll check. It's ok. My son cropped out the blue eye on this one because it was red on the picture.
