Default I'm so sick and feeling sorry for myself..
Out of the blue, got up this morning with a vicious headache that no Headache remedy is curing...threw up so much that my throat lining is hurting, and hot and cold all the time...

Spent the entire day from the bed to the couch to the bed...can't find a place to get comfortable...maybe somebody should just shoot me...

My partner at work has been sick since Thursday...so I hope I get better to go in tomorrow...I don't know what kind of a bug this is, but it's horrible!

Maybe it's something you ate that wasn't very good... at least you threw up, that's a good sign. See tha doc and try to get some sleep, I'm always exhausted when I have stomachakes!

Actually, I'm not as sick today, just very weak! My co-worker has been sicker than me so I don't know if she'll be in...I just don't want to leave her to do the job by herself if she does come in...we're such a team!

My daughter woke up this morning with a terrible cold and she has to sing at an event this Friday. She is just SPASTIC about it.

Hopefully, you'll be feeling better and stronger as the day goes along Luba.

Tell her to drink hot tea with lemon and put her face over a hot tub or bowl of water and inhale... I had a severe cold once and I had to sing at the local community theater I did that and was good to go for about 3 hours.. after I sang was another story I lost my voice
