Default If you were CEO of a company....

What "super perks" would you want most?

I'd like to be able to set my own hours, work close to home (or stay home), be close to my child and golf, or play tennis anytime I want.

Private perks?

Probably the ability to mess up the whole corporation, by creating Enron-like false numbers and facts, which can earn you millions of course.

With the Dutch law in place, the chances of you getting convicted and having to spend a single night in jail, are about as high as meeting a male Immigration service representative with the name "Claudette."

With laws like that who needs the perks?

But seriously:A large portion of the shares. So that I can quit and still make a killing. I can spend my time better

I'd make a gym near to it. I'd choose the location neat a park so that I can jog, a nursery for the children of the employees.

A cafeteria that would be open non-stop so that I can have good coffee and orange juice whenever I want to.

I'd have a quiet room that people could book beforehand (anonymous) so that one can have 10 minutes of pause per day, in order to just think or meditate - a zen room.

Hum... let's see what else... I'd want to install an automatic machine that gives you vegetables like carrots, instead of chocolate bars.

Next question: given that you are a woman, Merika, what would you want?

Day-care for people with kids AND pet-day-care for people with pets. I get more work done and my stress eases when my labradorable dog comes up and says HI MOM - I LOVE YOU - SCRATCH ME.

I"ve seen programs on the Animal Planet channel that shows various companies where they allow people to bring their pets. It looked like it was working quite well. I couldn't take our dog....he gets too excited and hyper....and would pee on all the desk legs. :?

I would give half of all profits directly to employees. That way everyone would love me and invite me to all their dinner parties... I'll drink to that...hic...
