Let me know if it's driving you as nuts as it is me. Also, the file is quite large so there may be a performance hit to the site. If you experience any troubles or just can't stand scrolling santa then please let me know.

The image constraints really don't allow for too much of a fancy image unfortunately so gramma getting mowed down prolly won't work too well.

I got rid of scrolling santa because the filesize was too large (not that this rendition is much better

) I do think it's a little better though, hopefully you do too.

I know it's supposed to look like he's appearing and disappearing into a chimney, but ithe chimney kinda looks like it could be his lower half - so the impression is that his upper body is appearing and disappearing while his lower half is just hanging around - that's just creepy.

Allrigh, I changed it, now santa appears from the Chimney and now goes back down. I actually like this version the best so far.

I can't be that good, I spend over 6 hours creating this one and the filesize is still huge. I have to figure out how to put flash animation up there instead of these huge .gif files.
