Happy Canada Day!
Happy Canada Day to all Canadians! Hope you all have a great day.
we're going to the carnival at the beach this afternoon and staying until the end of the fireworks. We haven't been to those fireworks since Krystal was 3 so it should be fun. Their fireworks display is spectacular!
Have fun everyone!

It looks like your plans include a terrific "Canada Day", Star! Hope everyone else has a terrific "Canada Day" as well, and those living elsewhere, just have a "Wonderful Day"!!!
My husband and I are having a quiet day together, (he's working happily in his shop right now, okay, we're somewhat together ).
This peaceful morning has already done wonders to de-stress me from yesterday and it's such a beautiful day out there, I think I'll go out and enjoy the fresh air and finish a good book!
No plans, just a lazy, happy day!!!

well, we went to the carnival but they cancelled the fireworks tonight because of the high winds. it all of a sudden got very windy. They do the fireworks on the lake and the wind was going towards the beach (where everyone wouod be sitting watching) so it wouldn't of been safe at all not to mention the whitecaps on the water.
so, no fireworks but we had fun at the carnival anyhow. gerry won erika a stuffed duck (really cute one too) and a purple stuffed snake. he won kassandra a sponge bob. We had fun.

Interesting that Canada Day lines up with our July 4th Independence Day.

I forgot to add that our weather is too lousy to plan anything. It's rained for a week...and we expect another week of it. At the aiport...they got 5.9" of rain on Thurs...when the record is back in 1913 of 1.9" or something similar. Florida is a swamp...we can only take on so much water.
I doubt they will have the major fireworks at the beach this year....so I guess we'll just hang around home. Jackson is just as happy playing video and puter games with his friends than going anywhere.
I hope your family has a GREAT time Star!! You all deserve it.

I wasn't going to ask, I wasn't going to ask...but my curiosity got the better of me!
Does that mean walking around only in underpants, or no pants at all?
What happens when an elderly lady comes to the door to borrow a cup of sugar?
Do you at least wear a t-shirt that goes to your knees?
I'm very embarrassed to ask these questions, but enquiring minds "have to" know! while

Sometimes, questions are best left unanswered.
Pants have two different meanings, depending on the side of the pond you are on. Let's just say that what he is telling you, he is not telling me 8O

Happy Canada day to you all !!!
Duke, I wish you meet a sexy neighbour someday soon! Only that will cure you of not wearing any pants!

I don't think so Twinkle. I think it might give him an added reason not to wear any pants, . And as far as I know, Duke is not planning on moving.

Hum.. don't know how that works in the USA, but in France, if you wanna make a good impression on someone knocking on your door, pants on are a "must".
But then we're speaking another continent, so who knows 8O ?

It depends on how blazing of a smile I'm wearing, maybe that will take your focus off of the lower section of the body.
I don't walk around buff Luba to satisfy your curiousity, at least not all the time. I usually wear shorts if I can but it's not a pre-requisite ;-)
