I'm SO happy; not only do I have an extra day off with pay for Canada Day; I also took July 4th off and have a FOUR day weekend!
 ....If I knew this was going to happen I would have paid a surprise visit to my Sons and hopefully one of them would have taken me in... |

I've already seen the best fireworks in north america this past wednesday (Detroit / Windsor) and it was freakin amazing. I have 9 days off. I'm kinda broke....I think I'm just going to lay in the sun and drink beer all week.

we never do anthing for canada day (ours is on the 1st of july). we used to go to the fireworks at the beach (port dalhousie) but we don't bother anymore. we didn't even hit the carnival this year. that we usually do. kass went to that yesterday with her boyfriend.

We aren't doing much of anything this weekend. Jackson's friend from Texas is here for a couple of weeks. We will probably go to the fireworks/music show at the beach. The boys will have their own fireworks as well.
I don't like firecrackers.  They are too loud. |
