Actually, Vautrin, I'm a positive thinker and having gotten know you through your posts, I think you could make it anywhere!
Spring is absolutely beautiful, Summer is hot and wonderful, Autumn is a nice kind of chilly but the beauty of all the surrounding colours make up for that, and Winter is a blanket of white, cold; but warm sweaters and jackets will fix that...
So, please don't rule out this beautiful Country...people are warm and friendly, too!!

I may be able to manage Canada's cold winters. But my girlfriend definitely is not. So Canada is not a real option, as are many if not all of the Northern States of the US. Because it gets too cold there.
But we will see.

Yes. As long as there are no tornados / hurricanes. But then again, I am far removed from the Republican Party. So probably California, it would be.

With all of us sending Vautrin hither and yon, he won't know whether he's coming or going...

1. Southern California
2. East Coast State, outside of Hurricane Hell, and not where you are freezing to death in winter.
3. Outside of the US.

Ronald Reagan was a Republican and there's nothing wrong with him as far as he can remember.
