on weekends? More preparation time, or do you go out to eat, or do take-out? My husband prepares more challenging meals on the weekend, no such thing as hamburgers on the weekend!
Lately I haven't done too much on weekends or during the week as regard to cooking. I do try to get one good meal made for Saturday or Sunday but no one is home anymore to enjoy it. It is hard to prepare a meal for two I have discovered. I am used to cooking for 4 or more.
