Men, have you ever been kissed on the cheek/cheeks by another man? How did you feel? Were you shocked? Were you accepting?

Women, same question for you...same sex.

I have by my family members. I also have by close friends during special occasions. I didn't feel weird or anything.

Um, no. If a woman tries to kiss me on the cheek, I dart away.

I haven't had many women try to cheek kiss me, but the few that have can read my face pretty well and understand it's me, not them.

No. Germans and the Dutch have a name to hold up.
Family however is an exception, and that includes male-female kissing. But that is not what you are after
