buying furniture

I started looking at furniture today for when i get an apartment, my mom's friend works at a furniture store so I get 50% off, and her and the store manager were telling me that i should get a nicee rug beecause girls like that, and then she says if you get a thick one it will be more comfortable for when you have a girl over, myy mom didnt like the thought of that, i thought it was really funny.

it was her friend that said it, and then she was like well you have a normal son, so im sure thats what he wants to use the floor for.

yeah i will, it will make the room look nicer then cheap apartment carpet. and its only $300

Buying things for your appartment and having the money to do so is so much fuuuun!!!

Get the nice rug, but make sure you get one neat, big and comfortable bed, just in case

i think im taking my current bed, so its decent, and its not just in case, its springs will get a workout, ,once im out i should be able to go out a lot, and start meeting people, and now that im not broke i can buy girls drinks and stuff.

What kind of design of furniture or colors are you going with?

Stick to your guns and don't let your mom pick out all your stuff or it will just end up looking like the livingroom you have at home.
