Another weekend thread
So....what did everyone have going on this weekend?
After all the birthday extravaganza...it feels good to just chill at home. Tomorrow I'm going out of town to see the Grandbaby!! I can't wait until she's old enough to know me and be able to talk.

Have to write an essay on culture and media. Fun.
Due on Monday.

Just got back from a busy day that included things such as bra shopping with my daughter, grocery shopping and the movies (Nanny McPhee).

I worked a sixth shift and tried to have a nap but didn't succeed until about 7:30....that is why I'm sitting here at 12:42 a.m. after doing the dishes and then the ironing from 11:30 until way after midnight...
How was "Nanny McPhee", Duke? I want to see that so badly...

It was suprisingly good as a matter of fact. I think that Disney better start pulling up their sox because their movies have really sucked by comparison to all the good movies released by other companies. I actually just saw Herbie Fully Loaded I think it is and it's by far one of the worst movies I've ever had to sit through.

I want to see the McPhee movie too! I'd prefer going to the race track and the mexican bar with Stone though!
I posted on here awhile, hanging out with Vautrin, then went to bed and tried to watch TV....but I fell alseep. I had to get up early to finish painting a vase for my daughter in law's birthday. We are leaving around 11:00....but should be back late afternoon.

Narnia was the shizzle, no arguing that. The battle scene was actually better than LoTR and I loved those scenes.

I was in Atlanta for a Taekwondo tournament. Had a good time. Took second place in sparring. I would have liked to place in my form but I guess I will need to work on it some more especially since I am testing for my next rank in March. I get to go to Las Vegas for that. My sister lives there so I am looking forward to visiting with her. I am not too much into the gambling and don't intend on spending too much time in casinos. Might try to catch a show however. That was my weekend.

I don't know, if you are in the mood to kick butt, sparring could beat sex on occasion. Not often, mind you, but once in a while.
