Re: for the fun of talking about online games
I think you're in no position to judge because the game you play was created in the last century
I currently play Armed Assault, Grid, Dirt, IL 2 Forgotten Battles, Spore and sometimes fire up games like Doom III and Half Life 2 now and again.

Re: for the fun of talking about online games
I have played the following games online: Diablo 1 & 2, Starcraft, Everquest 1 & 2, World Of Warcraft, Dark Reign, Supreme Commander, A few of the Civilization games, and quite a few more that I cannot remember.

Re: for the fun of talking about online games
I currently play online EVE, occasionally IL2, even less occasionally TF2. My job is pretty good though and I get to play all NCsofts games at work like Guild Wars and City of Heroes which is good fun.

Re: for the fun of talking about online games
I barely play games online. Only chess. It does not require a computer that has been assembled in this millennium.

Re: for the fun of talking about online games
Never Winter Nights (1&2)
All the Baldurs Gate line...
C&C
Battlefield series
I installed Armed Assault, worked through some of the tutorial, and found out that the game doesn't hold immediate interest for me. Might have to actually play it some, but time is a limiting factor for everything and starting a new game isn't easy.

Re: for the fun of talking about online games
I think we need to hook up sometime soon my friend because I have one h3ll of a killer mission to try. I'm doing all I can to mimic actual combat with this ArmA mission so it's tough but it feels pretty genuine.
