i really dont know if i could of ever done it without you, i just dont normally do that kind of thing, just dont have the confidence for it, but i must of got it from here because i did it and now my boss said hes had firm words with him as did the store manager so the assistant has had a bit of a wake up call, ive got to give him 2 weeks see if theres a change and if there isnt i have to make a formal complaint which will go on his record. but hopefully it wont go that far now!
