Well, there were so many people out sick that I didn't exactly get proper training... just a little of this and a little of that. I didn't even get any login info for the system until Thursday.

My boss seems to really like me, though, so that's definitely awesome.

This next week will be more of a training week for me and will be me adjusting to taking over a spot up front where this lady's leaving -- I'll be dealing with people as they come in to apply for benefits, dropping off verifications and other documents and stuff like that.

Definitely going to be an interesting week . . .
