quit or be fired
I think im gonna get fired, so im debating if i should just quit before that happens. basically two of my stats are "low" one is my call quality, which is 80% which is barely passing, and my other is customer satisfaction with ias 79%, our average is 85% on the other hand i have had 100% 6 weeks in a row and i take more calls then anybody else, and have other really good stats, so i dont think i should be fired, but my manager was like those numbers need to come up and i have already done a bunch of things to help you improve and you havnt. So im expecting to get fired.

Tough call (here it would be easy. Get fired is better than quit, in terms of social security). Perhaps the numer of calls is offsetting the lower stats? If you are concerned about it, try talking to one of your supervisors.
You can also try to take less calls, thus giving you more time to help the customers. That should improve both customer satisfaction, and give you more time to sort the issue out (and explain it to the customers).

Personally, I don't think you should quit. I would talk to the Manager and see what they want me to do exactly, and try to do that! You are a good worker and quitting will only make you feel worse, IMHO. Try to stay positive, you are NOT fired, just find out what you need to do. You've worked hard to get this job, try not to take things personally, and go in with a good attitude. I'm ALWAYS rooting for you!!

Re:
yeah im not gonna quit because if they try to fire me im gonna fight it, cause there are worse people, and i think im just a target cause i dont have a family and they dont feel as bad about firing me.

I'm SO glad you are not going to quit, DA; sometimes the longer you work at a place, they get to know you better and things level out! Just keep on a-truckin' and I'm ALWAYS rooting for you!

Glad to hear that. What stats did you improve? Sometimes it is just a bit of practice you need to improve your performance.

Re:
DA, with the line of work that you do stats are important but i'm sure that your manager or supervisor will do all possible for you to succeed and bring those stats up. I know it's that way where i work. what is it that you need to improve with your quality stat?
I am very happy to hear that you decided not to quit. quitting's not the answer.

Quitting is never the answer. Especially since you have only been there a short time. It doesn't look good on a resume. Keep up the good work and make yourself indispensible if you can.
