promotion
I might be getting a promotion from phone support to online support. there were 5 positions available and only 6 people applied so I have a very good chance of getting it and my interview went pretty well, some people wore jeans to the interview,lol.

lol, the force, i wish i had that, but i dont need it, im pretty sure im gonna get it, one of the people that applied said he thinks he bombed the interview.

There's always a next time, DA; don't give up! I wouldn't show that I was angry about it, it wouldn't bode well for the next time something comes up, IMHO! Myself, I would congratulate the one that won and not say anything to anyone at work about how you feel, we're here for you instead. Unfortunately, there are backstabbers in Companies and saying how mad you are to others can be to your detriment. I understand that you are mad, and probably have every reason to be since you work hard, but continue to do your best and hopefully it will be recognized. |

i pretty much do the same thing, instead of handling basic support i handle gold, which meand the customers paid for a higher level warranty
