Surprisingly, I scored medium. Wonder what low scores are up to .

Also medium? Does that mean you also consider using a flame-thrower to improve matters on the job?

Not necessarily a flame thrower but that idea has merit!

I do hope someone with a low score shows up. I do want to know what they would be planning to do.

I think attitude is so important in everything! I know since I've changed my attitude I feel SO different! I think, for me, living with so much gratitude and thankfulness even for the little things, has changed me so much!

But that can only work to an extent. If it is policy within your organization, to do your best not to inform staff, there is only so much that attitude can do, before you get seriously demotivated, and disgruntled.

Vautrin, I find what works for me. That is to ask, ask, ask questions of "superiors" until I get the answers I need to do the best job I can. I have been told that people would rather complain than ask questions because they don't want to look 'stupid'. I have absolutely no fear in asking questions because I really care about the Company I work for and want to do the best possible job I can!

I got MEDIUM, which was a shocker, as it should be LOW!! Scored 58. Not happy with my work at the moment, been messed around way too much in the last year. But the work is easy, I can get out at 5pm, and the money is not too bad, and I have a good pension! Can't believe I am thinking about the pension... oh well.

i got a medium and mine too should be low tbh my job is good, but the managers that run it are useless and expect far too much without doing a thing themselves. :/
