Default Interviewing

I just had a VERY VERY intense interview, it went pretty well but WTF do people come up with this stuff and just put you on the spot about it? The 2 ladies had everything hand written down so you know they had a CHANCE to really think about how they we're going to completely put me on the spot.

I got asked questions like

If you we're to pick 3 things you could Change about this company what would they be???? If that isn't intrapment I don't know what is?? HTF can I awanser that If I've never worked there???

If a customer is intrested in X product and the companies goals is to Push Z product would you talk them into buying Z?

Hummmm Depends how you look at that one... Is product X better for the customer or product Z??? They WOULDN"T tell me!!

The list could go on have you ever had any interviewing questions that cought you off gaurd?.

A couple of times, but they were of no real importance, LOL. One cannot prepare for this type of questions, but you can study the strategy of the company you're applying for. If it's really agressive and forthcoming, you give strong, forthcoming answers.

If it's a company that defines itsself as very "ethical", you change your attitude accordingly.

I also trust my instict. So if you had the time to talk to them before or had previous interviews with them, you simply try to make out their "modus operandi", if you can.

well part of what they were doing was seeing how well you respond under stress.
