Default dealing with coworkers

well not really a coworker. today i had a call that i was on for 4 hours, i ran into a question that i didnt support so i call thte right group, well the closest group that could answer the question without the customer needing to pay, ,and asked the question, the guuy who answered works in texas, and was like i dont support that, he needs to pay, the customer wasnt too happy. The thing is that the guy was capable of answering, even if he didnt have to. It was like i didnt have to help the customer, but i was doing what i could to make him happy, which is all that really matters.

What a great topic for me to see today! There is a "blabby back-stabber" setting her sights daily on someone she could destroy; this time it's me and two friends of mine...I just might let her HAVE IT today...she needs a come-uppance and I think it's going to have to be me...first, however, I have to dispel this anger that has loomed up and take some breaths and find a "good" way of dealing with it, even though every raw nerve is vibrating and I just want to..............SCREAM!!!

sorry to hear about your nasty co-workers. I haven't ran into that problem so far. everyone i work with around me are all very nice and friendly and very helpful when the help is needed, which isn't too often since our "campain" is very robotic and boring. i should be getting into an inbound campain in the beginning of november and i can't wait!

I really haven't met anyone who was nasty at work at all.
