dealing with coworkers
well not really a coworker. today i had a call that i was on for 4 hours, i ran into a question that i didnt support so i call thte right group, well the closest group that could answer the question without the customer needing to pay, ,and asked the question, the guuy who answered works in texas, and was like i dont support that, he needs to pay, the customer wasnt too happy. The thing is that the guy was capable of answering, even if he didnt have to. It was like i didnt have to help the customer, but i was doing what i could to make him happy, which is all that really matters.
