Default Competition in the Workplace

Do you have lots of competitiveness in your workplace? Is there someone competing with you? If so, how are you handling it?

Eh no. The big problem was and is there is always too much stuff that should be done (not in terms of workload, but in terms of the limited capacity of the organisation to respond to everything it should respond to).

I guess there is some competitiveness. I don't think anyone wants my job however.

I am kinda competitive. I try not to let it drive me and my actions. It motivates me to do my stuff better, maybe to achieve more, faster. I love challenges, I have to try to not challenge people but people's idea, hahaha!

I've know you for a while and I'd agree with this self assessment:

Twinkle's boot's were made for walkin'
...She'll walk ALL OVER YOU!

But she'll do it in a very polite, descrete manner.
