We only get rid of people if that would be the best thing for LifeSupporters.
Almost everybody goes too far in the occasional post, as to hurt someone, or post something that is deemed to be inappropriate by some. These things happen. Some people don't like "direct" communication and others prefer it. It is difficult to find the right balance.
Unless people spam advertisements, or promote nefarious activities that are in disregard of the user guidelines, and the audience LS tries to attract (such as pr0n), people do get more than one chance.
Sometimes it happens that certain poster's personalities and styles clash. Rather than letting the controversy drag on, and get involved in a downward spiral of mudslinging, posters are free to ignore the posts of such users. There is even an "Ignore" function.
All posters are valued. Whether it is for their laughs, their listening ears, their compassion, their experience. A forum such as ours can only flourish when people of different walks of life contribute.
