I don't think it's any secret that I've hated our ranking scheme and images for quite some time now so I'm monkeying around with our current configuration to see if I can come up with something that has a little more life in it.

So far, this is as far as I've gotten:

I too like the look. It shows who is involved. I have been on sites that said they had moderators, etc but you never saw them involved or at least you didn't know if they were. This way people know the founder and others involved in the day to day operation are actually here and doing something. Nice work.
