Hello!
Hello All. I am new to this site. I am a 24 year old female that is having the hardest time dealing with seperation right now.
I have done much searching to find kind and caring people to help me get through this - or at least to make it a little easier.
To find a place where I can put my thoughts and feelings out there without being judged is such a relief! I look forward to chatting with you all!!

You have certainly found the place you are looking for. As previously mentioned, most of us have experience loss in one form or another and have much in the way of varied input should you request it. We also understand how difficult a time it can be so what you receive more than anything else is understanding and compassion.

Hello and welcome to you again. I'm so glad you're here. It's the right place for those who need support in life (which is all of us) You'll never be Lost as long as you're here and I look forward to the time when you will ask Duke to change your screen name to something that more accurately describes your life from this day forward.
You are experiencing a very difficult time for sure. Basically, your young life to this point has just been shattered before your eyes and you are feeling (as you put it) lost and confused. I'd be very surprised if that wasn't what you were feeling in light of all that's happened.
You need to know at this moment that This too shall pass Nothing lasts forever...nothing, Good or bad. The one thing we can be sure of in life is that it will change and it is our jobs to do the best we can with those changes.

I am in tears right now.  I can't believe how much everyone understands me. Even though we are only cyber friends, its as if I know all of you personally. Before finding this site I had considered counseling. But who needs counseling when all of you are here??
I can't thank all of you enough. I have finally found my place ....
And you are right John, nothing lasts forever, but I sure hoped it would. But now that I know its not going to be that way, I have to accept it and move on.
