In trying to live a better life myself and finding something to be joyful, happy, and grateful about every day, I would LOVE to start this thread and see it fill up with the joy that you have experienced during the day, or even a moment, and share it here....
I know that sharing joy by re-living the moment or happening will lead us all to a better and happier life....I know it because I try to live it! C'mon, everyone, share a joyful time for today!
Mine has already happened even before I got out of bed. Every morning I write for a half hour, and my joyful time is having the birds outside my window just sing a happy song the whole time....and those poor souls live on worms. If they can sing a joyful tune, why can't we???
When some idiot in a ricer mustang GT kept driving around the block where I was doing a job, which happened to be in a super boring, slow city in the residential areas (Chippewa Falls, WI).
Receiving a ton of support from my gf, despite being hopelessly grumpy aas a result of illness.

What brought me joy today is watching the B.C. Lions win 29 - 9 over Edmonton! I also exercised for an hour while watching the game so I feel pretty darn good right now!
Also watching the guys run around the field in tight pants doesn't hurt at all!
Working side by side with my wonderful friend and co-worker ALL DAY and having an afternoon filled with laughs which got pretty hysterical at times! The morning was spent analyzing life!
Yesterday I worked with my boss (also very good friend) and another friend of mine.
We were cleaning out a repo house (taking junk out then cleaning everything), but we were goofing off and stuff.
I found a horse riding helmet, which was a little too tight, and wore that around. Just being a general idiot.
I knew you were going to have some smart a$$ed remark. That's ok d00kie, I'll show you pictures of the haut cowgirls that hit on me this weekend. And lord knows they will - I am one sexah b1t@h!

Don't even try to sell me on this crappola Weiser, remember who you're talking too. It doesn't matter how haut she is, when you go for a ride together you'll always have to listen to urban willy willy crap in your car stereo.
Quite honestly, the best sex in the world is not worth having to listen to Willie Nelson or some other cr@p...
...but hey, shoot the moon
Irregardless, your still a tard, that's y i wuv u.

My co-worker and I OVERCAME the stress at work yesterday and kept our sense of humour! Don't really know why so many stressful faces passing by and sometimes it's just better not to know...stressful people are bound to say something negative...so why bother asking?

Because they may lack a listening ear. You'd be amazed at how common that is in Western society.
