In an victim impact statement read to the court Wednesday, the girl said "the policemen put handcuffs on Daddy so he wouldn’t touch me," adding, "I don’t think I’ll call him Daddy any more."

i cried when i read that. That poor poor poor child. i feel so sick at what he did to her. His sentance isnt long enough, he should hang for what hes done.
