Shout to the heavens until the right person heard. That just isn't right. The legal system is just so stupid 95% of the time. They don't use common sense. They just go by the book with blinders on. Idiots!!!

i agree with tkdlady on this 110% what a stupid STUPID thing to do, its happened one here before and the residents in the same street put up posters of him all around the town and in the bars and stuff - he got run out of the town. and good for them!

when a pedaphil is living next door to you - you generally want to know especially if you have children

when hes living next to a school - the whole town should know!

This happens a lot here. People petition to get pedophiles out of one area only to see him show up somewhere else, and the process starts all over again!

I hate saying it but this comes as no surprise anymore with our Criminal Justice System. In all honesty, I think they should consider changing the name and making better use of the letters C.J.S. such as Can't Judge Sh1t3.

I have heard that it is practically impossible for sex offenders to maintain the conditions of their parole/probation in urban settings b/c of the sheer mass numbers of child related facilities (schools, daycares, churches, playgrounds, etc....)


If these are public funded facilities than it also stands to reason that the government has to utilize land they own. With the high cost of property in cities this also limits their options in such situations.

Perhaps they are trying to force him to be committed again for a longer term by setting him up to violate?

Goodwin’s conditions include being prohibited from being in areas where children under 14 years would normally be, including parks, playgrounds, school yards, and areas such as shopping centres, recreation and community centres, and sports facilities. He is also not to be in the company of a person under the age of 18 years unless supervised.
