I wonder if there are more mental disorders than we realize...so much cruelty, murders, parents killing their own children, physical and emotional abuse; and it seems to be getting worse.

"suffering from severe brain damage"...how can that be repaired and for a person to realize what he/she has done?

I didn't read the article yet but wanted to respond to the "more mental disorders" comment. I think we as a society are always trying to rationalize why someone did such a horrible thing and to that extent the "experts" come up with a disease to make it more palatable. Bull Sh!t. Some people are just sick and cruel and should be done away with. Sorry Luba but I am so sick of every misdeed being labeled by doctors or some other specialist to explain away a person's evilness. If brain damage is an excuse than as soon as a person is diagnosed they should be made incapable of having children. IMHO!!!
