BEIJING - The head of a Chinese manufacturer whose lead-tainted Sesame Street toys were the center of a massive U.S. recall has killed himself, a state-run newspaper said Monday.
I wonder if this is a death before dishonor issue? I just hope he didn't deliberately use the lead paint and try to sneak it into the home of consumers.
well i was going to say actually, his suicide might start that theory now. that he died before he could be questioned etc. it i kinda dodgy but i dunno what to think.
just glad it got found out before it did some serious damage to children's health!
I only made mention of it as it is a bit odd that he would commit suicide prior to all the facts being known in this case. It by no means is meant to be accusatory in tone, just more of a question than anything.
no i undertand, dont worry, i agree with you tho, it really is very suspicious now because he took his own life. wouldnt it be tange if insome bizarre twist of fate he was murdered...something out of a movie then.
