I never get it right. Or neve rknow what is right. Today and yesterday I was pretty bright. Probably slept 8 or 9 hours. i can also be fine after 5 hours sleep, but I can also be a zombie after 5, 7, 8, 9 or 10... sometimes I just can't wake up.
Although that coincides with my down period's. When I am more awake I feel less depressed. |

I get about 8 a night. Thursday - Sat I averaged 2-3 and I didn't sleep Sunday. Last night's sleep was AMAZING! Got about 11 hours in the most comfortable bed I have seen in my life - AND it was in a hotel!!!
