Read about MSG - which is in just about everything, it seems.
That and High Fructose Corn Syrup.. If you can avoid these things, you'll be a lot better off..
My doctor's warned me years ago to stay away from MSG. I ignored them and used it anyway. I still do. If I go to a Chinese restaurant, I don't ask for non-MSG food. But according to this article, not only is it bad for you - but it's as ADDICTING as Nicotine.. I had no idea MSG was in the food at McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, Wendy's and KFC (amongst most other places as well). No wonder it's "What You Crave" (White Castle - just guessing) and "No One Can Eat Just One" (Yes, it's in Lays potato chips).
Apparently, this is pretty bad stuff and we should all stay away from it if at all possible.. That's a scary thought.. I guess we may NOT be able to stay away from it. Were cheeseburgers less tasty many years ago? Was it really necessary to add MSG into everything we eat?
OH! You think you aren't eating it? Well, you should probably click that link to see how companies spell Monosodium Glutamate on their labels. There's often no "M", "S" OR "G"...
