Wearing Thin
Spring Break.
A time of fun, fantacy, relaxation among students.
What about teachers?
If they're like me, they use their Spring Break to go in for repairs and recover from whatever Dr.'s do to them during this time. Last year was hernia surgery. This year, was the year of my regular check-up that I have either:
1. every 40 years (I'll probably only have one other) or
2. Whenever a new employer with a new insurance coverage requires it.
You may all breath a collective sigh of relief: Physically, I'm fine. Hormone levels good. I even managed to persuade the dentist not to remove a wisdom tooth.
Mentally, I'm not so sure. I'm begining to notice a major change in my energy levels, my joi de vie, so to speak. Perhaps its the massive advertising campaigns? Do I need a pill??

Hopefully it's just spring time effect. I have noticed that ... male libido (the case of my ex) suffer a drastic change. Must be the Easter bunny side effect!!!

Twinkle, it is such a pleasure to have someone who can "read between the lines" respond to my post.
Now I want to be bitten more than ever.
I hope you're right. The Dr. said that she'd be happy to give me a nice B-12 shot for Easter to help me get back on track. No thanks.....
I'll also admit to being more than a little preturbed. I went in with one major problem that has happened with increasing frequency in the past few months: a sort of fluttering sensation in my left chest. I guess Dr.'s hear about this all the time because she sort of dismissed it until the bloodwork could be done.
My respect for the medical profession has never been very high, but it has reached a low point after noting that really, given symptoms, nothing can be done without and analysis of blood and urine. It seems to me that a computer program could look at these numbers, compare my responses to a poll/questionaire, and offer the same conclusion as the DR at a fraction of the cost.

Unless Delilah came back from her trip feeling very warm towards you....I would think taking 'a pill'....which be much like putting gas in a car which isn't going anywhere. LOL!

HMMMmmmmm....very true, Merika...............under certain...limited.... circumstances........
Question is: Do I want to remain limited? Currently, I seem to have no choice..........or at least the concern about the matter is enough quench any interest. Using the "Gas in Car" analogy--
How do you know where the car's gonna go once its all gassed up?

Ahahahha, Samson, there's nothing special about us. Everything must be between certain ranges, from blood analysis to urine test, hihihi.
About your question there: "How do you know where the car's gonna go once its all gassed up?" one thing's for sure: if you're asking, it's certain that it IS gonna take you somewhere, if you get my drift!
