The avatar is Homer Simpson; the long term effects of this sleeping pattern is unknown and it's been one of the best things I've ever done.

Except for the whole spine thing.
My cousin has this table from sweden, it's adjustable, you hook your feet in and it kind of puts you upside down so gravity and your own body weight stretches your back out. I need something like that, as my back has not cracked in a good 2 or 3 years.

Turns out the Yoga was very helpful in this area, you may or may not find it useful in your case.

I was gonna make that joke last week....but Paul said he was really enjoying this project and feeling great.
I have sorry sleep habits. I leave the tv on all night. I watch awhile, fall asleep and hope to catch the end of whatever I was watching later that night/morning when they do the 'repeat' thing.

I'm joing a gym as soon as I pay off my ticket. Yoga is included, I'll proably go to a couple classes. As it is right now, I'm extremely flexible.

I know lots of guys that can't even touch the ground without bending their legs. I can put my palms flat on the ground and I'm 6'2".

that's awesome, I use to be able to but not anymore. That's one of the things I'm working on though with my gym routine.
