Stress relief
What do you do to relieve daily stress? Did you know that laughter is the best stress reliever?
That's why I love comedies so much. When I feel really stressed out, I'll plop in a comedy movie and laugh for a couple hours then i'm not so stressed anymore.
Oh, and this forum helps me too.....I love good humor!

Leaving work relieves me of stress. The rest of the time I have very little stress in my life.

Exercise and jogging is supposed to be a great stress reliever...but I get stressed out just thinking about doing either.
When I feel stressed out.....I take the bad route....I smoke too much, drink too much coffee and yell at my kids. When I really can't handle it.....I drink beer. How's THAT for healthy living??????

Get a massage! mmm
Unfortunately, those are way too few and far between. My husband hates massages, therefore he hasn't a clue how to give one and doesn't really want to...waaaah.
BUT...he got me a gift certificate for a massage for Christmas. I'm dying to use it...just as soon as I get a whole day off with no other commitments. The only way I'll do a massage is if I can get the appointment at a time when I can come straight home, take a nice hot relaxing bath and then crawl in bed and take a nap.
Now if I could just do that about once a week, I'd be stress free. <<sigh>>

I don't think I could relaxe with a massage at all. I really don't like that much touching from anyone unless they've paid for my dinner. LOL!
Seriously....I wouldn't enjoy a massage at all ...not from ANYONE.

I excersice alot after your finished your supposed to feel refreshed ( i guess like you just got some.... you know) and I haven't had much of that lately so I excersize alot.
Wine usually helped me relax a glass of wine and a fresh cigg always did the trick. now a nap is just as efficient

It's very hard for me to relax when I'm very stressed out. I've tried swimming and sometimes I jog but it's mostely for excercising, not for the stress relief.
I'm a walker. I choose a part of the city or a park I've never been to and I wank a lot. Not nature. A combination of trees and architecture. I'm crazy about houses and little streets and new smells.
If I'm really tired and upset, I chose m favourite track and end up in my favourite café. That's the advantage of living in a new city, I think. There are thousand of new stuff to discover.
If I don't have the energy to move, a bubble bath at candle lights with jasmin and lavander oil all to myself is what I dream off. Hot tea and cuddling in bed all alone is cumpolsory. I'm usually too agitated to read, but either I just read something totally unrelated to my source of stress or I just read lots of news on the net. And think a lot.
I hate being around people when I'm stressed. I can barely stand myself, to tell you the truth, so I do all I can to take a break away from "me", LOOL.
