I could see where you feel you have to deal with the physcial situation due to your MS..........but other than that DA...you are a fine quick minded young man with lots of good qualities. Don't sell yourself short. You've got a handicap.....but so does everyone who plays golf. You are a winner at any table.....you just need to see this in yourself.

Glad the counselling is starting again for you. Hopefully it will help you to deal with your issues.
And you may suffer from CP, but you have a good brain - you don't aspire to be a construction worker where the CP would be a real issue. It is a big inconvenience, but not one that is defining who you are and it does not annul your good qualities.

It's great you are continuing with it. Do you get on OK with your new counsellor, DA? I know you were concerned about the change.

Maybe she has a crush on you
JK, glad to see your back in councilling.
I have to agree with Merika here as well d00d. You are a good guy but you punish yourself for the stupidest crap ever and put way too high of expectations on yourself. I almost wonder if you should try and get a medical prescription for pot because it may mellow you out some. IMO, your wound way too tightly.

My counsellor is hot, so it would be cool if she had crush on me, but i dont think so. Yeah im working on trying to chill out more, the best way so far is beer.

Alcohol is a depressent I think although pot may be as well. Too bad you can't get a prescription for it because it really is good at levelling your moods out IMHO.

In my experience stoners only have one mood - "Dude where's the chips".
I know I brought this up before in another post, but have you thought of self-hypnosis? When I was a stress ball I used that every night before I went to sleep and it worked wonders. No more stress, had more energy, more confidence, I thought better. It was just a good thing. I wish I could find the cd I used, I seem to have misplaced it during my move...
