I love the idea of having raw vegetables at the dinner table every day. We do once in a while, but not enough, even though we usually have a cooked vegetable at dinner...

I am not fond of raw veggies. But as my gf can attest to, I eat plenty of veggies irregardless.

No. In fact I need to force her to eat her veggies at times. Of course there are some veggies I don't like that much ... but still I eat a portion for 2 or 3 people on average.

I don't eat enough veggies period. I like raw veggies sometimes but am just too lazy to fix them.

I'd rather have my veggies cooked but I do eat raw ones. Usually if I am going to eat uncooked carrots or peppers I whip up a veggie dip. TDK lady is right its wayyyyyyyy to much work for eating them raw lol
