I was thinking about this yesterday actually without actually reading the article. I'm doing all I can to correct some of my bad habits so I'm chipping away at the problems instead of committing specific large blocks in time to deal with the build up created by procrastination.
It is a very steep uphill battle for me as I've procrastinated my entire life.
