What happend to this being a serious forum, duke, huh? HUH!?
Don't worry about it Luba, me and duke have a special kind of relationship... One where it's normal to insult eacother.

I went to the YMCA earlier this morning and sat in the steam room for about 30 minutes. That helped some, but it's still swollen and closes about half my eye, without having to force it open.

I just hope I can do ok playing paintball today, lol.

I feel for you Random. I got poison ivy once on my arm and leg and I thought I would scratch myself to death. On the face would be so much worse. Take care of yourself.

It is quite annoying. Unluckily I am all too familiar with itchiness issues.

I never ever claimed to be a good leader, c'mon, you've known me for years. I'm the poster boy for "bad influence".

Have you been to the doctor yet to have it checked out or are you sure it's poison oak?

Duke a bad boy???? I never would have guessed. I like bad boys.

Random, you definitely need to visit a doctor. Mine gave me a cream to relieve the itching.

This is why I asked because a doctor will have a steroid creme or something to help with itching and swelling.

It's not bad enough to go to the doctor over.
I have some stuff to put on it (melaleuca oil) and, rarely, ice.

Going in the steam room really seemed to help this morning. The swelling in my eye went down (pics from before on my blog) from my eye being almost all the way closed to about how it was yesterday.

My worst problem with it is I scratch in my sleep, so I'll wake up digging my nails into my legs. lol
