I'm sure he's fine. He comes here now and again, posts a lot then disappears off into the sunset. I'm sure we'll see him again sooner or later.

Just working on stuff, turns out www.solegoal.com has become a bit of a phenomenon in it's own right, getting a ton of traffic (compared to other projects I've done) and linked to like crazy from other sites. I don't put much stock in Alexa but my rank just jumped to 1,469,072 and the site comments/feedback is excellent.
I've also been working on a total redesign on www.armthemob.com which is coming along ok.
I want to do some updates on how the sleep is going so I'll be by to do that soon.

OK....I just wanted to make sure you didn't fall asleep in some strange place and hadn't woke up yet!
Congrats on your traffic doing so well.

Thanks a lot Merika! No the sleep is going well and I'm even trying to get something going with my local university regarding research into the long term effects, there is a lot of interest in this from the site visitors.
I'll be back to binge posting here shortly, just got a lot of things going on, including some business stuff with my friend which keeps my days more active. I'm loving it!

I was actually reading around online yesterday and I was surprised how many times I ran into this subject. It seems like lots of people are trying it.

It's becoming a phenomenon in and of itself, I happened to get in on the first wave and thus my site is attracting a lot of attention from people who are searching for information. It's been great because it's allowed me to start discussions and in fact the site has almost double the comments then it does posts by me as people are asking questions and giving feedback.
If you're talking to anyone about the subject on any other sites, be sure to point them to my blog at www.solegoal.com because I'm setting it up to be a bit of an information portal to help people interested in the subject.

I read around on other forums but rarely post. I will send the link out in email though and you'll get a few hits from it. They are a curious bunch.
BTW: Nice Blog! You should get someone to take pics of you asleep and awake doing stuff to add in dramatic effect.

haha that's awesome, I don't know how much I'd want people to see pictures of me but maybe it's a good idea... do you think it would be beneficial? What kind of "dramatic effect" do you suggest? Maybe I'll give your suggestions a try...

Well....I guess pics of you sleeping and awake....showing you aren't a zombie. Maybe a pic of the alarm clock for fun. I don't know....just stuff to make it look more personal and entertaining.

After extensive research, I've concluded you have the third best site on the 'Net on the subject, right behind Steve Pavlina and myself (hint: I'm teasing you here ). Just to show I'm serious about you having a good site, though: http://www.sleepingschedules.com/info/ and you'll see what I mean.
