Default NYC Restaurants Post Calorie Info

Some New York City restaurants post calorie info, but others lag behind - Weight Management - C-Health

-------------------------------

Would it make a difference to you on what you choose to eat?

Not to me. I am skinny, no matter what. As for my gf, I don't think it will matter too much.

I used to be once upon a time! I didn't figure I'd ever gain weight and suddenly one day it appeared and here I am trying SO hard to get it off! It's not me, it's my Metabolism!

The McDonald's restaurants here do that and maybe a few of the others but I don't read them. When I go out to eat I don't want to know. I want to enjoy what I am eating. I probably should care more because I have never been skinny but I am the heaviest I have ever been and can't seem to get motivated to do anything about it. I just don't eat much and hope it goes away. Taekwondo helps.

Wouldn't make any difference to me at all. I'm still skinny. Heck I am eating more trying to gain wait so I can get bigger and that's not even working. Who ever said to eat a lot of carbs when trying to build muscle mass lied

Carbs is nice, but the key then is exercise.
