Ya, me too.
About the only cure I've found for getting to sleep is drinking one or two beer prior to bedtime. This wipes me out completely and guarantees me between 4 - 6 hours of deep sleep (at least deep for me).
Of course, the fact that I drink a lot of water after the beer doesn't help much as I have to wake to hit the bathroom during the night. The water is essential though because if I don't go to bed hydrated, I'll wake with a nasty headache in the morning.
