My diet
I never mentioned but I'm guessing I had a stomach flu a few weeks back that was bad enough to keep me home from work for a few days. Since this happened, my diet has changed dramatically (for the better I think).
I still don't have much of an appetite but I manage to eat a few granola bars per day, water, multi-vitamins, apple juice, milk, one or two bagels, soup, eggs, etc., but nothing too heavy. I also found that I was getting weird cravings for other foods such as pickles, in fact, I just purchased my very first small jar of dill pickles ever. I've also stopped with fast foods entirely and stopped drinking pop as well.
Since I started on these websites, my activity level has declined to a sedentary lifestyle and it really shows around my stomach area. I think the combination of flu and mental unrest with my physical self have combined to change my diet considerably. I can say though, since this change it seems that my energy levels have increased tenfold, my sleeping patterns are not as disrupted as before and I'm a bit more driven.
