Let's Get Healthy - Game
Okay, by now you all suspect I like to make LIFE into an enjoyable Game so here is a new one!
Very simple Rules: Just post something healthy you did today:
(1) how many fruits and vegetables you ate today and what they were
(2) how much water or unsweetened beverage you drank
(3) exercise; what you did and for how long
(4) meditation
(5) time out just for yourself
(6) healthy thoughts
If you can think of other healthy things, by all means post them. Post as many times as you like during the day.
I exercised for an hour while watching FOX NFL Sunday; gentle aerobics and weights; starting again small after a 'goofing off' month.

I had to walk down a flight of stairs to get some pizza, and then back up the flight of stairs to get to my computer.
Does that count?  |
