Default Just started

I started working out tonight and love it.I do work with a personal trainer and his name is Tony,he has been telling me good job.I like him so far and he is getting to know me,I told him that I want to stay healthy and gave me some tips.I am noticing a lot more energy so far and my husband is noticing it too.I work out Thursday night and every Tuesday night,7:00PM to 8:00 PM and my personal trainer is going to work with me.He did notice my German accent and guessed right on my accent.I like my personal trainer so far because he is very positive and tells me good job.

thats cool, though i would think with you working on cars all day you would be in pretty good shape.

My docor was getting very concerned about me,my husband talked me into it since he works out and I love it.I need something to do for my spare time and thinking of going for self defense classes.

Self defence claases are useful and quite a bit of fun. Plus they may prove to be useful in certain circumstances. Any idea what type of self-defence you are looking into?

I am looking into protecting myself.I have a friend of mine Marcie that was mugged a year ago and her purse taken.She did get it back,thre guy whom did it was convicted andshe talked me into it.She took it right away.My doctor saw I am a workaholic,that is not good on me and I need to slow down on that.I am taking my doctor's advice and suggested I work out twice a week.

Workaholic? Sounds like a mechanic to me . Being a mechanic is physically quite a demanding job. Working out will definetely be beneficial.

I have this bad habit,come home from work,eat supper and go out in my garage to work on my projects 5 days a week.It has took a toll on me and I did go out to work out last night.My boss is noticing a big change in me,lot more energy.I did sign up for a self defense class during my lunch break today and start Monday.

The classes are at night,8:00 to 9:00 and on Mondays and Wendsdays,Fridays.My husband's cousin Beth Ann is the instructor and she is loooking forward seeing me there,she did tell me I will have fun.I did tell my parents this and they are 100% supportive of me doing this including my husband.
