First of all, everyone needs a little fat, it's insulation.
Second of all, GG you are not fat, not by any means. Stop worrying about what other people think and you'll be much better off.
As for me, I eat junk, day in and day out. I also eat a ton of meat and pasta too. If I make spaghetti, I make enough for 6-8 people for a good 2 days. Thing is, it's only myself that eats it, and it is gone within 2 days. I don't get it, I should be 400 lbs but I'm not. I'm still thin at 205 lbs and I'm 6'2".
The only, and I mean ONLY time I ever lost weight was when I lived in banff and put more stuff up my nose than I really care to admit. Like I said in another thread, when I left there I was 162 lbs and would pass out if I stood up too quick. That was a sign that I needed to stop that lifestyle, however fun it was, and eat.
But now I can't gain any weight, and boy am I trying to. I'm running, playing hockey, working out and eating enough for 4 people daily and I'm still sitting at freakin 205 lbs. It's a piss off really

Anybody got any tips?
