What do you eat/drink that you know you shouldn't?

For me I drink way too much pop.

I used to drink way too much coke. i used to go through a case to myself in less then a week. now i get nausiated when i do drink one so i don't drink that too often.

I eat too much junk food. I LOVE fast food and would rather eat that then cook a good meal ( I hate cooking). I do need to eat healthier for my heath...maybe that can be a new years resolution.

My kids drink a tremendous amount of soft drinks and sweet tea. As for me....it's coffee. I have no idea how many cups I drink a day....and when I leave the house I take along a 'to go' cup. I even drink it while drinking beer.....which is a habit my friends have also gotten used to.

I consider it a poor woman's speedball.

Well....obviously I drink more coffee than beer.....but when I DO drink beer....I want my coffee close up. When I used to go out.....as soon as I walked in a bar they would start perking up a pot....knowing I was going to ask for it with my beer.

Sounds disgusting to me but then again I don't drink coffee.

Anyway, I go through stints of drinking way too much pop. Though for the last few years I've done diet, and normally the normal pop doesn't quite taste right.
