I weigh myself about 3 times a week, it's always the same sad story...175. In January I reached my ideal weight 165 then I made the mistake of quitting smoking and promptly gained 15 lbs. Since then I've been trying to lose it again but no matter what I try I can't lose weight it seems, maybe I just need to start smoking again...not, I'd rather carry the extra weight.

Me, too, and it's the same pitiful number
and, Merika, I am going insane because I'm seriously considering throwing out the scale, or maybe lambasting it with a hammer!

I don't have a counter, my only enemies are my clothes. I can certainly tell when I'm losing or putting on weight.
I think if I had a counter, I'd get depressed and start on a diet. As it is, all I'm focussing on is exercising.

I would be glad if I gained, so I don't fear the scale. I seldomly weigh myself though.

She weighs virtually nothing. If it weren't for her earflaps and those huge feet, she'd prolly float away into outer space
Just kidding dwoingy, beauties on the inside, or so that's what ugly people tell me
Just in case any of you were wondering, this is why little seems to bother her at school. This is called tuff love and it's definately reciprocal in nature.

LMAO!! We do the same with ours. makes them tough and they do have a great sense of humor from it. Some people call me rosanne because of the reality check attitude i have with my kids. I like that because it means i'm doing my job.

Exactly, it tuffens your kid up so they can protect themselves throughout their lives and don't "wuss out" like a lot of kids do.
