I know I am an emotional eater. I can also stop eating because of emotions. I recognize that fact in me and have tried to curb it as best as I can. One thing I do is buy snacks that I can't eat, things with nuts or strawberries. Then when the munchie attack happens I have to wait it out because there isn't anything I want to snack on. Thanks for the article Luba. Fits me to a tee.

I try to curb my eating of snacks for my gf. I can eat tons without gaining weight or anything.

That is reassuring. The chance that I will have children is pretty slim.

But yes, I can imagine that such a thing severely impacts on your system.

I can handle kids, provided they are above the age of 3. Below that I am pretty much a disaster.

When they are your own I notice some Dads become a little blithery; cooing and making faces for their little ones....it's just too precious!
